Rescuebusters EduCycle is Finnish educational game that utilizes AR technology and its globally unique game, with which 1-9th graders learn and understand important issues related to the environment and the circular economy by playing together. The game can be played also in high schools, universities etc.

With the help of the game, schoolchildren are taught how consumption habits and different energy solutions affect the environment, emissions, and what kind of effects the choices have on the economy.

Rescuebusters EduCycle provides guidance on how, for example, transport fuels and different energy solutions, such as wind power, coal or nuclear power, affect the environment and the economy. Children learn to make ecological and smart choices. The choices made by the student and their consequences are immediately visible in 3D in front of the student's eyes. This is an effective and interesting way to teach important environmental issues.

The circular economy is part of the learning and competence goals of different school levels, so different teaching materials and pedagogical solutions that support it are necessary. Knowledge of the circular economy strengthens the sustainable use of natural resources and, overall, the realization of a more sustainable future.
